    • Pupil Leadership

    At St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, we believe that pupil leadership plays a vital role in helping children develop confidence, responsibility, teamwork and service to others. Leadership opportunities enable pupils to become positive role models, contribute to school improvement and live out our mission of being inspired by Christ, working together and achieving our best. Through leadership roles, pupils learn to use their voice, represent others fairly, support younger children and make a meaningful difference to our school community.

    Our Year 6 pupils form the Core Pupil Leadership Team, taking on a wide range of leadership responsibilities across the school. They are supported by our Whole-School Student Council, made up of two elected representatives from every class, ensuring that all pupils have a voice in shaping school life.

    Leadership in Action

    Our pupil leaders meet regularly to discuss school improvement, celebrate achievements and represent the views of their peers. Working together, they help to promote our Catholic values, strengthen our school community and ensure that every pupil has the opportunity to be heard and make a positive contribution to school life.
