When an application has been made to Thurrock Council, it will need to be supported in the following way:
For Catholics - If you are a practising Catholic, please ask your Parish Priest for a completed Certificate of Catholic Practise. Return the Certificate of Catholic Practise to the school along with Part A of the Supplementary Information Form which can downloaded clicking on the link below, along with a copy of your child's Baptismal Certificate .
For Non-Catholics - Please complete a Supplementary Information Form which can be downloaded from the link below. This form should be completed by your Church Leader in order to support your application for a place at St Joseph's Catholic Primary School. Parts A and B should be returned to the school directly along with a copy of your child's Baptismal Certificate.
